Hypland offers a 14-day return and exchange window for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their streetwear collection while maintaining high quality standards.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that the original tags and packing slips are included inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
